1) What services do you offer?
We offer residential and commercial cleaning services, including:
- Recurring Cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
- One Time cleaning
- Commercial Cleaning
- Move-in/Move-out Cleaning
- Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
- Windows Cleaning – Interior and Exterior

2) How do I get a quote?
You can request a quote directly through our online form or by texting/calling us. We tailor our pricing based on your home’s size, condition, and specific cleaning needs.
3) Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all! Many of our clients prefer to provide access and return to a fresh, clean space. Just let us know how to get in (door code, spare key, etc.), and we’ll take care of the rest.
If you prefer to be home during the cleaning, that’s completely fine too. We’re happy to work around you!
4) Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes! We bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have a specific product preference or allergy concern, we’re happy to accommodate.
5) Are you insured?
Yes. Juli’s Cleaning is fully insured, giving you peace of mind with every visit.
6) Do you offer one-time cleanings?
Absolutely. While many of our clients opt for recurring service, we also offer one-time deep cleaning, event prep, post-renovation, or seasonal cleaning.
7) How does payment work?
We accept payment via cash, check, credit card or digital payment (Venmo, Zelle, etc.). Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise arranged.
8) What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We get it, life happens! We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid cancellation fee.
9) How long will the cleaning take?
This varies depending on your home’s size and the level of cleaning needed. We’ll give you a time estimate when you book.
10) Can I request the same cleaner every time?
We do our best to honor requests for preferred team members. However, availability may vary depending on scheduling.
