  • You can request a quote directly through our online form or by texting or calling us. We tailor each estimate based on your home’s size, condition, and specific cleaning needs — so you always get a fair, customized price.

  • That depends on your home’s size, condition, and the type of service you choose. Most routine cleanings take 2–4 hours. Deep cleanings or move-out jobs can take longer. We’ll always give you a time estimate before your appointment.

  • Yes — we bring everything needed to get the job done right, including professional-grade products, tools, and equipment. You don’t have to worry about a thing! If you have any sensitivities or prefer us to use your own products, just let us know ahead of time.

  • After each visit, you’ll receive an invoice by email with a secure payment link. We accept debit, credit, and ACH transfers. Payment is due on the day of service — easy and hassle-free.

  • Not at all! Many of our clients provide entry through a door code, garage keypad, or spare key. You can come home to a perfectly clean space, and we’ll make sure everything is locked and secure before we leave.

  • We completely understand — life happens! We just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule so we can adjust our team’s schedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • We use professional-grade products to remove soap scum, mildew, and hard – water buildup. Some permanent discoloration (like rust or deep grout damage) may not come out completely — but we’ll always do our best to restore the shine and freshness of your bathroom.

  • You can choose what fits best for your lifestyle: weekly, biweekly, monthly, or one-time visits. Many clients start with a deep cleaning and continue on a recurring plan to keep their home consistently clean.

  • You can customize any cleaning with optional add-ons:

     

  • Not at all! We love pets. We just ask that any animals who get nervous with visitors are kept in a separate area while we work. Please let us know ahead of time if you have pets so we can plan accordingly.
